Agent Service / Qato
Agent Service gives partners a scoped Turnqey AI assistant for support, onboarding, and account-aware workflow help.
Qato is Turnqey’s partner-facing agent. It uses approved read-only context only. It does not access trading, withdrawals, private keys, source code, infrastructure, or production secrets.

Qato can support partner teams with:
- Product and onboarding questions
- Turnqey API and sandbox guidance
- Wealthbox and partner workflow support
- Crypto holdings and reporting explanations
- Account status summaries
- Adviser-ready client summaries
- Escalation prep for Turnqey support
Access model
Qato works from a verified context packet provided by Turnqey systems.

Qato does not receive raw partner API keys.
Security boundaries
Qato can use approved read-only Turnqey data and documentation.
Qato cannot:
- Trade, transfer, withdraw, or move assets
- Access private keys or seed phrases
- Access Azure infrastructure
- Access source code repositories
- Access database shells
- Access production deploy tools
- Access secrets
Launch path
Turnqey will start with controlled partner support channels, then expand based on partner needs.
Planned channels include:

Partner admins should be able to configure:
- Approved users or domains
- Channel access
- Branding
- Usage caps
- Data access scope
